Returns & Refunds

We offer a full refund on all items within 14 days of receipt. However, we are unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges, or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be processed at the price paid at the time of the original purchase.

Important Information Before Returning

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. All original tags must be attached.

How to Return an Item

1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping bag.
2. Enclose the packing slip, so we can identify the return.
3. Securely close and tape the package.
4. Post your parcel using your preferred shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any lost or damaged returns. To ensure your return reaches us, we recommend using a tracked and/or insured postal service.

Faulty Items

We accept returns for faulty items if the product has not met its expected lifespan. However, we do not accept returns for items that have been damaged due to improper use. The intended use of the product is at the discretion of Helhun and will be assessed accordingly.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
